What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? We do not process sensitive personal information.
Do we receive any information from third parties? We may receive information from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
What we access. If you sign in with Google or connect your Google Calendar, we access your basic Google profile (name and email address) and read-only calendar data. We request only the read-only scopes calendar.readonly and calendar.events.readonly. We do not request write access, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, or Contacts.
How we use it. We use calendar data for one purpose: matching meetings booked through the Services to the correct user and lead. Read access lets us confirm whether a call has already taken place so we do not book a duplicate. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Google user data is never sent to any third-party AI or large language model provider.
How we share it. We do not sell Google user data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed only by the infrastructure and hosting subprocessors that operate the Services on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at support@aurium.ai.
How we store and protect it. Google user data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are held by our identity provider rather than in application code, and internal access is limited to personnel who need it to operate and support the Services.
Retention and deletion. We retain Google user data only while your Google connection is active. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations settings in the app, or revoke our access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection or account deletion, the associated Google user data is deleted within 30 days. To request deletion directly, email support@aurium.ai.
Aurium's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What it is. To provide the Services, we collect, derive, and maintain business-contact information relating to prospects and other business contacts, such as names, professional roles, employers, and publicly available professional profile data.
Our role. We process this business-contact information as an independent controller. We may retain and use it to operate, develop, provide, and improve the Services and our data, including after your account is terminated. We do not disclose the customer through which any contact was introduced.
What this does not cover. This does not apply to the content of your communications or conversations, which we treat as Confidential Information and do not reuse for other customers.
